31 Jul 2007 - New President Elected

Following 10 years at the helm, Edgar Evans resigned as the President of the Bath & North East Somerset Credit Union.

Mr Evans saw the Credit Union grow from a few like minded people wanting to help others in the local community to a union of almost 300 members. The Board would like would like to thank Mr Evans for his contribution over the years.

Mike Way had been elected as the new President and has accepted the posistion with enthusiasm. Mike has been a Director of the Credit Union for the last 5 years, and is whole heartedly behind the expansion of the Credit Union into the whole of the Bath & North East Somerset area.

He is joined by Ian Valentine who has taken over from Jenny Morrish as Vice President. The Board would also like to thank Jenny for her contribution. Ian is a newly appointed Director of the Credit Union and is looking forward to working on some of the projects on the horizon.
